Because every item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please review all product descriptions, photos, sizing, and customization details carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled due to a change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.
